Welcome to Ventiuno Paris! "We," "us," and "our" refer to Ventiuno Paris. We operate this store and website — including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services") — to give you a curated shopping experience. Ventiuno Paris is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies they reference, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you're at least the age of majority where you live, and that you've given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

To use the Services — including browsing our store or making a purchase — you may need to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You confirm that everything you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, or license your account to anyone else.

2. Our products

We do our best to accurately represent our products, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We don't guarantee that a product's appearance or quality will exactly match what's shown in the store. Product descriptions can change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it isn't accepted until we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion. We need to receive and process your payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully, since we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests afterward. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to contact you using the details you provided.

Purchases can only be returned or exchanged under our Refund Policy. Purchases must be for your own personal or household use, not for resale or export.

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. You'll pay the price in effect when you place your order, shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices don't include tax, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. Prices in our store may differ from prices at physical locations or other online stores. You confirm that any card details you provide are true and complete, that you're authorized to use that card, that charges will be honored by your card issuer, and that you'll pay all charges — including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes — at the posted prices.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aren't liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees — and we're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside our control. Once we hand a product to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. Intellectual property

Everything that makes up the Services — trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and how it's all arranged — belongs to Ventiuno Paris, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms let you use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You can't reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our written consent.

Ventiuno Paris's names, logos, and designs are our trademarks (or those of our affiliates/licensors) and can't be used without our written permission. Shopify's name and branding belong to Shopify. All other names and logos on the Services belong to their respective owners.

7. Optional tools

We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. These are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties or endorsement from us, and we have no liability for your use of them. Using any optional third-party tool is entirely at your own risk — make sure you understand that provider's own terms first. We may also introduce new features over time, which will also be governed by these Terms.

8. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites or include third-party functionality. We don't examine or vouch for third-party content, and if you follow a link away from our Services, you do so at your own risk. We're not liable for any harm related to third-party sites, products, or services — direct any complaints about them to the third party involved.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Ventiuno Paris is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchase you make in our store is made directly with Ventiuno Paris. Shopify isn't responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Ventiuno Paris, including any injury, damage, or loss from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases and transactions with us.

10. Privacy policy

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and some of it may also be handled under Shopify's own Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm you've read both.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish it for any purpose, including commercial use — for example, to improve and promote the Services. You confirm you own the rights to your feedback, have disclosed any compensation you received for giving it, and that it complies with these Terms. We're under no obligation to keep feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it, though we may remove feedback we find unlawful or objectionable.

12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally the Services may contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to update information or cancel orders affected by them, at any time, without prior notice — even after you've placed an order.

You may not use them to: break any law; infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; harass, defame, or harm others; transmit false or misleading information; send spam or unsolicited advertising; impersonate someone else; or otherwise interfere with anyone's use of the Services or expose us to liability.

14. Agents

This section applies if you use, allow, or cause an "Agent" — software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf, such as an AI shopping assistant — to access or interact with the Services.

An Agent may only access the Services if, at all times, it identifies itself and follows the rules below, and only if we haven't asked that Agent to stay away. We may limit how Agents access the Services, including through technical measures. Any Agent must: identify itself as an Agent in every request (including the agent's name in the user-agent string); never conceal or disguise that it's a machine, including by mimicking human behavior or bypassing CAPTCHAs; answer truthfully if asked whether it's a human or a computer; and never try to get around any measure we use to control Agent access.

15. Termination

We may end this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, at our discretion, without notice, and you'll remain responsible for any amounts owed as of that date. Sections covering intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and similar provisions survive termination.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only — we don't warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, and any reliance on it is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Services and all products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some places don't allow these kinds of disclaimers, so parts of this may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Ventiuno Paris nor our partners, staff, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors — nor Shopify and its affiliates — will be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data) arising from your use of the Services or any product, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Ventiuno Paris, Shopify, and our respective affiliates and staff from any claims or losses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third party's rights, or your use of the Services. We'll notify you of any such claim and may control its defense at your expense, though we won't settle in a way that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent.

19–24. Legal terms

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable part is treated as removed.

Waiver; entire agreement. Our failure to enforce a right or provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies we post, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, replacing any earlier agreements or discussions.

Assignment. You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without needing your consent or giving notice.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ventiuno Paris is headquartered, and you agree to that jurisdiction's courts for any dispute.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect how these Terms are interpreted.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. We'll notify you of material changes as required by law, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
