How to return an item
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order. To qualify, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with tags still attached, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at ventiunoparis21@gmail.com. Once we approve your request, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved request first won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized orders, and personal care goods (beauty products). We also don't accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale as well.
If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you actually want is to return what you have, and once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have an additional right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification needed — separate from the 30-day window above. The same condition requirements apply: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days — though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.
