You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item needs to be unworn and unused, with its original tags and packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email ventiunoparis21@gmail.com to start a return and we'll send you a shipping label and instructions.

Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed, under the EU's cooling-off period. The same condition applies: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

We can't accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.

Materials vary by piece, and the exact fabric is listed in each product's description. We choose fabrics for how they feel, wear and wash, and finish each piece with care so it holds up beyond a single season.

Restocks aren't guaranteed. Once a style or colourway sells out, it may not come back, so if you love something, order it while it's available.
